SUSPENSION
Suspension is one of the most
important set of components that directly affects
the handling and ride quality of the vehicle. Worn
ball joints and perished rubber bushings will make
the car feel 'loose' on the road with poor cornering
characteristics.
Our in-house manufacturing facility
produces a number of upgrades which will improve
your vehicle road holding and will help retain your
suspension in brilliant working order.
Our torsion and anti-roll bars are manufactured in
EN45 spring steel, hardened & tempered and directionally
pre-stressed using the same methods as the
originals to retain the longevity and progression of
the original units - we produce these in either
'medium' for a firm but comfortable ride and 'hard'
for high speed and track days.
E-Type ball joints are no longer
produced and are now difficult to find in an un-worn
condition. We can now fully re-machine your
upper and lower ball joint in the hardened state to reproduce the
ball seat without the weakening heating/cooling
process.
