safety. Stress analysis is an integral part
of engineering in the modern design and
production facility and here at E-Type Fabs
the design of a new component or product
will undergo a considerable amount of time,
design change and testing before we release
it for sale to the public or trade.

| Many of our
products are tested to destruction to
determine the ultimate working loads and
uncover critical flaws in the design.
Together with our engineering experience and
our sophisticated software we are able to
control and redistribute the destructive
forces throughout the product design which
will provide a substantial improvement in
the overall performance and lifespan.

| We have
included a small selection of movies on our
website which show -in real time- the
destructive forces that are applied to the
structure of the component(s) and the
effects of the real-world stress
application. The
different colours in the movie indicate the
loading and effects on the structure, the
warmer the colour - the greater the stress
in that area. This helps us determine the
areas that require extra strengthening or
inclusion of webbing (in the case of our 5
speed gearbox). Actual material deflection
is generally minimal and is scaled on the
left hand side of the movie screen.

Software provides a theoretical stress
analysis prediction, E-Type Fabs uses both a
software and actual 'real life' testing
procedure to fully determine the failure
potential of our in-house produced and
engineered components. We provide a full
guarantee with all of our products that we
