1. The carcasses are
manufactured from aircraft grade billet
alloy, extremely resistant to torque
twist and cracking, also reducing noise
levels to virtually silent operation.
2. Our gearbox uses the
standard Jaguar / Moss stud pattern so
that it will bolt directly onto your
existing bell housing.
3. Custom made main
and input shafts manufactured from EN36
(9310), the best material as it wont
deform or break. We also use heavy duty
gear sets that are produced by an OEM
manufacturer to our specs using a proven
design and technology.
4. We use heavy duty
syncro-rings with a composite facing for
smooth easy gear changes right up to
7000RPM and use needle roller bearings
on the gears for strong but silent
operation.
5.Our design has been
thoroughly tested using stress analysis
software
as well as being really put through its
paces on numerous track and road cars.
Every one of our units it tested on our
dyno before sale so we are happy to
offer a conditional lifetime
warranty.
