MACHINE SHOP - SPEEDO HOUSING:

Our CNC Lathe can rapidly machine almost any turned component - it manufactures all of our turned components from simple items such as internal frame spacers, nuts and washers to more complicated products such as gearbox flanges, gearsticks, actuator shafts and many other items.

This movie demonstrates the our lathe producing a gearbox speedo housing which is used within our 5 speeds. The coolants would usually run throughout the machining cycle - but have been turned off to enable clearer viewing for the purpose of this movie.
